the lack of care for people with disabilities, due to the shortage of specialists to prevent, treat, and manage pathologies and emergencies.<\/p><p>The project 'PRO VISTA PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES' benefits low-income individuals and those with disabilities, between the ages of 6 and 54, by providing free eye exams and free single-vision glasses to patients in
